How do I download the videos?
Download the videos you wish from the list shown right.
(right-click or Control-click the link and save it to your desktop).
If using Explorer choose Save Target As from the shortcut menu.
If using Safari choose Download Linked File from the shortcut menu.

Open iTunes and add the movies you have downloaded to your Library.
To add the movie, open iTunes and choose Add File to Library from the File menu.
Locate and select the files in your iTunes Library.

From the Advanced menu, choose Convert Selection for iPod. While converting, you will notice an item named "Converting Songs..." appear in the iTunes Source list.

You will need the following:
Fifth Generation iPod
High-powered USB port (USB 2.0 recommended)
iTunes 6 or later to transfer video to the Fifth Generation iPod.
